- Online Exclusive Items:Â These items are not in our Elizabeth City location and are processed and shipped directly from our vendor and shipped to you. It may take 3-4 business days to process (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).Â
- Order Verification: Orders may require additional processing time if there are issues with payment verification or item availability. In such cases, we will contact you with updates.
Shipping Methods & Rates
- Standard Shipping: We offer standard shipping on all orders. Shipping rates are calculated based on your location and the total weight of your order at checkout.
- Â Free Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over $75.00 (within the U.S.).
- Expedited Shipping: Expedited shipping options are available for an additional cost. These rates will be calculated during checkout.

- Customs & Duties: For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may be charged by your local customs office. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Shipping Address
- Please ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct. We cannot be responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect addresses.
Lost or Damaged Packages
- Â If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at modeststylebar@gmail.com. We will assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier and may offer a replacement or store credit.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered by the carrier. If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered and you have not received it, please contact your local postal carrier for further assistance.
Returns on Shipping Costs
- Â Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you return an item, the cost of shipping will not be credited back to you.
